Order Status (Definition)

 

Confirm

The order is submitted and is awaiting payment from Buyer.

 

  • Maybank2u Pay

     Awaiting payment from Buyer
     Notify us via Payment Notification if you already paid.

 

  • Online Banking IBG Transfer

     Awaiting payment from Buyer
     Notify us via Payment Notification if you already paid.

 

  • MOLPay Cash 7-Eleven

     Awaiting payment from Buyer
     Notify us via Payment Notification if you already paid.

 

  • MOLPay Online Banking

     Awaiting payment from Buyer.

 

  • Credit Card via PayPal

     Awaiting payment from Buyer.

 

 


Paid

Payment has been received and we are processing the order.

 

 

Processing

The buyer has paid, but payment has not yet been received in iSmartec's account,

OR

We are processing your order or awaiting approval from customer / iSmartec.

 

 

Awaiting Stock

The buyer has paid. Waiting for stock arrival to the warehouse.

The customer can refer to the product description for the delivery information.

 

 

Completed

Payment has been received and the order has processed.

 

 

Cancelled

An order has been cancelled. If the order was cancelled in error, the fastest way to get your items is to create a new order.

 

 

User Request Cancel

An order has been cancelled by the customer.

 

 

 

Shipping Status (Definition)

 

Pending

We are assigning your order to a courier service provider for delivery

 

Processing

Your order (parcel) is being prepared for shipment out or waiting for pick up from the courier company. We will send you an SMS with tracking information. If you do not receive this SMS, you can go to your Order History to check your order status and view tracking information.

 

Shipped / Delivered / Completed

We have shipped out your order parcel. You can go to your Order History to check your order status and view tracking information.
